Gloutein allergy is being linked to thyroid problems and is commonly diagnosed as such. Gloutein allergy is basically a condition wherein the gloutein found in various types of food cannot be absorbed. The main foods that contain gloutein are: wheat, oats, barley, and rye. Gloutein allergy is not a true allergy, but it is body’s intolerance in the digesting system. It causes problems which are related to the chronicle like anemia, joint pain or arthritis type pain.

Gloutein allergy is an auto-immune response of the body and gloutein intolerance is when you can not digest gloutein. Common symptoms are coughing or breathing difficulties. Gloutein allergy is a widespread problem. Recently, three different parties filed separate lawsuits against McDonald's after learning that the chain's fries contain gloutein.
